Need More Than 1 Hour?
Each booking is for 1 hour in the Blue Ridge Conference Room.
To reserve more time:
👉 After selecting your time slot, just click “Add Another Service”
👉 Add it again for each extra hour you need
For example:
• 2 hours = add the service twice
• 4 hours = add it four times
This way, we can block off the full time you need for your event!
Deposit Requirements:
To protect the space and ensure availability, we require a refundable deposit based on your booking:
🔹 Blue Ridge Conference Room ($75–$125/hr)

5+ hours/full-day: $300 deposit

Deposits are fully refundable within 1–2 business days following your event, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
