Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirements To secure your reservation and protect the space, a refundable deposit is required based on the room type and length of your booking. For the Blue Ridge Conference Room ($75–$125/hr), the deposit is $100 for bookings of 1–2 hours, $200 for 3–4 hours, and $300 for 5 or more hours. For the Skyline Meeting Room ($50/hr), the deposit is $50 for 1–2 hours, $75 for 3–4 hours, and $100 for 5 or more hours. Deposits are in addition to the hourly rate and will be fully refunded within 1–2 business days after your event, provided the space is left in good condition with no damages or policy violations.
